Kent, how do you get in touch with the area rep? I called 877.500.4472 and they would not provide any other numbers.

Suzanne, 10 mins is rather quick! I don't think I have the contact info for my area rep since the person I spoke with indicated there was no other number.

I got through to the short sale department in 10 minutes. Perhaps your area rep is new and is unfamiliar with the process.

I repeat - try working through your area rep. I've had to escalate an issue once before with Titanium and once I spoke with my area rep about it - things got corrected very quickly.

Kent, I finally got through to them! Unbelievable! It took about 2 hours of being on hold and then disconnected but eventually I spoke with someone. I asked if there was a direct number for the shortsale which they indicated they don't have but to call the main number. Will follow up later this week to see if there is an update. So far they have not been any better than BofA.

David, Have you tried working through your area rep? They have "juice" with the main office and contact #'s that we don't have!

Anyone has luck with Titianium Soln in negotiating a shortsale? I'm working on one right now but can't seem to get a hold of the anyone at Titanium. They requested the shortsale package which was already faxed to them. However, the customer service is particularly horrendous. I've been on hold for quite some time but no one answer. Is there a better number to contact them? Would like to move on this file but can't seem to connect with anyone at Titanium. Thanks

Laurel, apologies accepted though none are needed. Got a little A.D.D. myself and am not immune from making mistake anyway. No one casting stones on this thread or on this site. - that's why I love Short Sales Superstars! Lots of sharing the nit and grit of this business and helping each other help our clients! Little bit of soapbox there too, eh! ;-)

Kent - Are you saying I was unnecessarily standing on my soapbox? Lol! Okay, stepping off now.......my apologies, I read one of your posts and saw "assigning" and "short sales" in the same sentence, while I was texting, on the phone and IM'ing at the same time - that's what I get for not taking my anti-A.D.D. pill today! :)

I stand corrected then Brian! You were right - it's a $700 "investment". Doesn't this sound the least bit fishy to anyone else but me? ........

I found this while researching AMP...Looks like we have to use this software, and pay $450.00 to get top priority, plus pay for the listing agent side which is $250.

Please note: Accelerated Management Platform (AMP) is a stand-alone software application - selecting this application alone will not place you in our Agent Database. If you are looking for all the features of AMP and you would like to be considered for Listing assignments in your area, you should purchase both AMP and the Listing Membership Access .
