Under Water Motgage

Has anyone done a Short Sale for a homeowner who is underwater on her mortgage? Do you have any hardship examples?

I am confused? A short sale is for a homeowner who is underwater on their mortgage. Short answer is yes, hundreds of them. Hardships vary greatly
