Set amount of Freddie Mac for 2nd

Working a short with HSBC and SLS-HSBC serviced by PHH now- Have a 1st and a 2nd

Seller filed bankruptcy 2 years ago and didn't reaffirm debt -No payments made since 2/2013

Now we have an offer but can't get 2nd to cooperate.  Is there a set amount that 2nd gets w/

a Freddie Mac loan if/when first mortgage settles?
