Any tips on how to negotiate with these people?

 

Last contract (buyer walked when they came in town and saw the neighborhood, which has suffered from the market), they were demanding $6,000 on a $47,000 loan balance on 2nd Mortgage. $2500 was in HUD-1 that was sent to them. We were going to go back to them with $5,000, but Buyer walked.

 

We just received another offer on the property (after lowering the price a few more times), so would appreciate any insights. This is our first time dealing with these folks.

Handle SLS like you would any other second lien holder. Strategy is the same. I closee one with them and they were actually pretty easy to work with. See if you can get Jaimie Hoffman assigned to the file!

Does anyone have management contacts at SLS?

Paola, Did you ever get any management contact info from anyone?  I know it was a long time ago but I am hoping to find someone.

I also am in need of management contact to get the file moving if anyone has information.  Definitely appreciate it.
