Remember the old adage if it sounds too good to be true it probably is!!!  Well, the 'foreclosure rescue' team that contacted me is presenting a scenerio that benefits me AND my client so I would like to throw these names out there to see if anybody has had first hand experience before my client and I commit.  USResidential, USR, USFDLG, U.S. Foreclosure Defense Law Group, P.C.   P.S. my clients' atty has perused the paperwork and doesn't have a problem with her signing on the dotted line...BUT as we all iknow if the 'team' does not follow thru with their promises then of course we could sue...BUT my client would have lost her home and she doesn't have the money to sue...Looking forward to any comments!!
