Where can I buy lists of 60, 90 Day Late Homeowners?

I have read people's posts about buying lists of homeowners 60 and 90 days late. This seems better than waiting until everyone knows about the NOD which I can find on Foreclosure Radar. Does anyone have a good/accurate resource for this? I only want names & addresses for a few specific zip codes.

Go to your favorite local Title Company - they all have methods for you to buy this date from them.  They cannto "give it" to you but you can buy it for a relatively nominal amount.

I buy mine from foreclosureu.com.  They were very helpful and gave me just what I asked for.  I think I bought 300 and out of that I got 2 short sales and 3 buyers from my signs. Don't expect huge numbers but I got probably 5 calls from people and converted two (the other 3 i didn't take for one reason or another) so I thought that was pretty good.

I buy opt in internet leads but they are often far more than 60-90 days delinquent. What state(s) are you interested in?
