What is your best way to market to short sale seller?

Hi, All,

 

What have you done to get short sale listings?

My office has an agent use www.agentpro247.com gold program $30/mo each mo you get 500 sellers whos' loan will be reset and contact them with a post card, call and door knock them about last 10 months.

He got several short sale listings and 15 leads down in the pipe line.

 

I have seen someone did the web sites. Anyone likes to share their ideas?
