WFG will not order another BPO on a property that is in terrible condition. they have property preservation on the home but their appraisal came in so high they will not entertain another BPO. BPO is from August.
Roof is leaking they tarped, someone stole the AC unit... Animals getting inside they sent out exterminator. floors windows kitchen baths all need work. holes in walls, ig pool neeeds liner, dont even know condition of pump and filter system. Fire place chimney needs re pointing, Trash thru out home. you get the picture!
Homes in the area similar sell 110-140 fixed we have an offer of 75 but they are saying its worth 165 nothing even sold in the area for this much.
How can I dispute this valuation? This is a Freddie Mac loan...

If it were Fannie I would go to homepath. i dont see a resolution on homesteps. I may be missing it...
