WF Short Sale

Hello All,

How long on average are Wells Fargo short sales taking in 2017?  We have had an offer in since February 7, 2017 and have been told our offer is in line with ATP...still not had approval.  Moving for a second time because our temporary housing has sold...moving out of town but have to be back mid-August...we are stressing over here!

    As Brett mentioned below, you just need to be a HUGE pain in the a-- to get their attention and get this to the finish!

    When was the ATP issued? Typically 30-60 days after the ATP if all items are in, and if nothing funny is going on, an approval letter should be issued.
