Wescom Credit Union

Has anyone had any dealings with this Credit Union?  I have a situation with B of A as 1st Wesom as the 2nd.  Wescom rejects B of A's offer of 10%.  Balance on the 2nd is $29K and they refuse to counter saying that we need to submit and go back and forth.  I know that Credit Unions are different animals when it comes to short sales....Comments anyone????

    Patsy...just wondering if you've made any headway with Wescom to date?  We may be tendering an offer on a SS with Wescom as the only loan.  Curious about your results.
