Hello Superstars, Does anyone have a contact with higher up at Wells?
This is a stigmatized property, prior FHA wells put on Equator completed all tasks....then nothing. We finally get assigned negotiator we learn from calling Wells...still no more tasks on equator....so we email negotiator and she has not responded for 4 weeks. We are trying to escalate but now can't trust Wells that they are doing anything. Please help!

Sounds like someone is either dropping the ball big time or you need to have your file reassigned. Have you called their executive office or spoken to any floor managers or supervisors? Wells Fargo is one of my personal favorite servicers to work with.
