Wells Fargo Reverse Mortgage Help!!!!

Widow of only 8 months faces foreclosure next week with Wells Fargo on a reverse mortgage. A trust existed when Wells Fargo needed to deed her off the property. She simply wants to control the situation by doing a short sale on the property. Wells will not speak to her because she is not on the loan even through there is a trust. I have tried sending authorization to recieve and convey and they give me the run around telling me I need a court document from an attorney to proceed. Time is now running out. I need a contact at Wells Fargo that is willing to help this widow. Ridiculous on how she is being treated as she is still grieving . Help and comments appreciated.....

    She needs some type of legal authority to negotiate the loan. We have no idea how the gust was set up. This may be some probate type proceeding.
