Wells fargo FHA short sale delays

I am negotiating a short sale that has been stuck in the Wells Fargo system for months.  They did the appraisal 3 months ago and we haven't had anything from them.  We have escalated to no avail.  does anyone have a good contact that can help us get this one going fast.  Thanks

    Open up a case at HUD or reach out to the OOP at Wells Fargo.
