Have a SS with Wells Fargo where there appraisal came in at $190 using comps a year old. Buyers appraisal came in at $175 with comps within 6 months. I sent the appraisal to Wells Fargo and there appraisal dept said that our appraisal was not good. They are sticking with there $190K and what 88% of the value as there Net. Is there anyone else that I can go to and dispute FHA appraisal ?

Escalate to HUD and try to get another appraisal ordered or see if you can make a NET of 84% work and have a variance placed.

Brett do you have contact for HUD? I'm trying for the 84% also they are very difficult.
