Wells & Fargo

We are buying a short sale and wells & Fargo is the Lien holder. How are they with short sales? Do they take forever? The realtor selling the house does not care to do work and push the bank so we are hoping wells and Fargo are pretty good with short sales. Any advice is helpful. Thanks

    You will need an aggresive agent to complete your short sale!!!

    Where is your agent and why would they not answer these questions for you?  Wells Fargo is hit or miss depending on the investor on the loan and the person that gets assigned to the file at Wells Fargo.

    Did your agent ask any screening questions of the listing agent and the listing?
    Who is the investor?
