Closed my Wells Fargo short sale that started over a year and a half ago.  I have to say this was due to having access to this wonderful forum.  It's nice to have a place where we can vent and get great information.  Happy Holidays everyone and a BIG Thank You to Jeff Payne.

    I LOVE Short Sale Superstars.  Never fails to impress me with the input and knowledge from fellow Agents, Brokers, and just good questions/answers.  A year and a half????  Hmmm..I'm guessing the Seller's didn't care about their credit..wow!
