Waiver of Deficiency on BB+T HELOC??

Does anybody have experience with getting a waiver of deficiency on a BB+T HELOC? I need to understand what BB+T's policy is and/or their expectation of repayment, ie. cash contribution or prom note on a HELOC deficiency. I would appreciate hearing about the experience if any of you that have processed one. Thanks in advance Superstars!
