This is fun. These are the numbers for house values from Dec. 2011 to Dec. 2012. These numbers may be enough to bring people out from under water mortgages, under water meaning the value of their home is less then their mortgage amount, and into equity land. A place we haven't been in for about 5 years. With these numbers I think people will feel the need to sell their homes just because they have felt trapped for so many years. I am sure some people are in a home they felt rushed to buy because the market was moving so fast they had to get something quick. Well the time is here and now for some people, and as the prices keep trending upwards more people will be able to breathe a little more. Check out the numbers below for these 2 counties.
