I'm working a short sale with SunTrust, and they have asked for the seller to complete the Fannie Mae form 710, Uniform Borrower Assistance form. I don't recall sellers having to complete this for a VA short sale.

Never worked a VA Compromise with anyone other than Wells Fargo. Form 710 wasn't required by that Servicer. If SunTrust is requesting it, assume it will be required.
Follow up: They approved the short sale without the 710.
