How to I contact upper management of the SS Department of USAA? Or Does anyone have a contact?
Has anyone settled USAA HELOC and if so, what were the terms and minimum % of loan amount? Did you receive a settlement or did the Seller agree to a loan on the balance? (In this case the loan balance is $125,000.00, USAA wants 50% to release the lien and write off the balance and this will not work.). With thanks for your input. Barbara
