Use and Success of Lead Lists?

Hi Guys,

Curious 1) who purchases and uses lists of leads (e.g., lists of delinquencies); 2) what methods have been used to work those leads; 3) what are the "best" sources; and 4) whether they have been successful sources of short sale business.

If I had a dime for every time a someone asked us for "lists of leads" . . . .

    I think what the realtors we work with are looking for are leads for mailings - lists of pre-foreclosures sorted by zip code.  You have a resource for that?
