I have a short sale with Chase that is a USDA short sale. I don't remember the last time I did a USDA, but was wondering if anyone has gotten an approval letter recently on a USDA file and can tell me if they have any resale restrictions. I'm assuming, USDA will be like FHA short sale, where there is no resale restriction. Much appreciated. Thanks in advance.
