Has anyone heard of this company and/or know much about them? 

 

I have a client that is considering using them, however I know little about them and the offer they gave her is pretty good - which would be great for her - however I'm rather leary. Can't find anything about them anywhere. 

 

Buying her house site unseen in 9 days????

    That is pretty much what I have said to her - it's just too risky I think.

    Learned a bit more about this deal  - interesting as it is. They buy the house and get put on deed, but reserve the right to negotiate a 'discount' on the loan - or buy the 'note' per say. So the seller is basically on the hook till that 'note' is bought by this investor - if they will sell it to him - or until he pays the lien off.

    It's not a short sale. She is willing to bring money to the table. I'm just trying to see if anyone has heard anything about them - they do all their own paperwork (title) it says.

    Is this a short sale?  How are they buying it in 9 days?  Is it already negotiated?
