This will be my first short sale where I have to upload to Equator. I went to  Equator and don't see where I upload documents? I only see where I "Initiate a File" and I have done that but how do I upload docs?

If you have a file started  - click on the address, then click on the library, and then click on the little plus sign to the left.  That should allow you to upload PDF's.

Here is the Equator Guide for agents.  This should help.

Many times they request docs thru a "task" on the top left side of the window - click that it will take you to what you need to upload if there is a task due.

I also received a call from Steven Fox of the Bank of America social media team to help me with this issue. That was a pleasant and impressive surprise.  Bank of America seems to be working hard to really show agents that they want to help us by implementing their social media team.

Each time I have had to seek their help I have had super results. This time I didn't even reach out to them, they reached out to me!  Super. Have to give credit where credit is due.
