Hi Everyone,

Here is what you can do to make our Short Sale Superstars site even better. If you need to correct or add information to any short sale lender group, email the group founder or one of the site moderators. We will update the information posted. Specifically, we are looking for:

1. Phone numbers for short sale, loss mitigation, charge off, customer service numbers
2. Fax numbers or email addresses for third party authorizations
3. Email formats
4. Direct links to the short sale lender homeowner assistance packages if applicable
5. Forms used for each lender or servicer, such as specific authorizations, financial worksheets, etc.
6. Escalation phone numbers, twitter accounts, links and contacts (not "Joe Smith helped me one time, so spam him" stuff!) We mean "official" contact information
7. If you start a group, complete the basic information

If you've tried a number, link or used a form, and it's wrong, let us know immediately. We will correct or remove the information. Don't expect moderators to simply read every comment stream then update the group data. There are simply too many comments for us to read every one of them. You need to email us directly (Wendy, Bryant, Jeff or Kevin, or the specific group founder). See the side bar.
