Last week the second USAA wanted me to sign an addendum that changes my inspection time from 17 days to 10 days. Which I signed.
Now today I get a new addendum that says: Sellers contribution to buyers recurring and non-recurring closing costs to be 3000.00. I signed that too.
Can someone tell me if this is a good thing ?
The forclosure date on the property is set for on or about Aug. 13. Really doesn't seem like enough time to close a sale.
