I am posting this in hope any the superstars can help me close this short sale. There are two loans on the property. The first lien is serviced through OCWEN which I have been in contact with and initiated the short sale.
The issue lies with the second. I cannot find any contact info or physical address for the beneficairies on the deed of trust. I have asked the seller but he as well has no idea that the deed was even recorded. It is a small loan about 34K but I cannot move forward with the short unless the second signs off. Below is the information from the pre-liminary title report.
5. A deed of trust to secure an original indebtedness of $31,950.00 recorded August 24,
2010 as INSTRUMENT NO. 10-344917 OF OFFICIAL RECORDS.
Dated: January 18, 2010
Trustor: ALFREDO M. MORFIN
Trustee: FIDELITY NATIONAL TITLE, A CALIFORNIA CORPORATION

SERVICES, OPTION FINANCIAL, ROYAL SERVICES
I cannot find any contact information on any of these DBAs to negotiate a short payoff and OCWEN will not move forward with out a payoff balance. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
