Trird Loan is fraudulent judgment

I received approval for the first and second loan, title have third loan is fraulent judgment name GRAN SLAM VENTURES, EXCEL GROUP, FIRST SOLUTION, INOSVET POINTE, CAL TEAM SERVICES, BRITE MIND SERVICES, TEAM OAK FOR $31.475.00. How can we close with this judment?   PLEASE HELP

    Yep, a little late in the game to be looking at it now. A quiet Title will take months. Is definitely against the seller, or simply someone else with the same name? The judgment will reference a specific court case no., read it.

      No court case number, was recorder en San Diego County, but many many property titles was recording for the same Company the same day and the same amount, and my client never signed any papers

    3 options that I see. Settle the judgment, close with the judgment on title ( this is not a good move in my opinion.) or get an attorney involved to do a quiet title action if the judgment is fraudulent ( costs money and takes time.)
