Is anyone using Top Producer to manage their short sale and other real related business?  I want to make the leap but I have been hearing some mix reviews from different individuals.  Any information would be greatly appreciated.

    Top Producer is an online CRM/Transactional manager.  Here's a link to the website: http://www.topproducer.com/.  I was curious if anyone was using this service to keep track of their Short Sale business.  I'm interested in using it myself but haven't made the leap to sign the commitment.
