I got solicitated by them to join and will be getting a call from their area manager tomorrow morning. Before I commit to anything, I was wondering if anyone know anything about them. The latest post I could find on the internet was from here in May. I understand they will give me leads and was acting as a messenger to bring the borrowers and the bank together to make contact before and would pay minimal fees to local real estate agent to be that messenger to door knock, are they still doing it now? Anyone still working with them now? Are they worth the trouble? Any updated feedback on them would be very appreciate it. Thank you.

I didn't know they were still around. I tried it several years ago, probably 2007 and found it a huge waste of my time. Others I have talked to had some success.
Why not knock the doors yourself from an NOD list instead of "working" for titanium?
