Timeline for approval letter from Ocwen?

We are the buyer of a short sale serviced by Ocwen. Significa sent the final HUD on Monday morning and we MUST close by Friday because that's when the releases start expiring on the liens. We have verbal approval but can't close without it in writing. Do we have a shot or are we screwed? Thank you!

    Start getting extensions on the junior lien holder approvals. You can't count on getting an approval letter tomorrow, or that it will be exactly what you expect.
