We are in final stages of approval. Wells Fargo holds 1st (FHA) and there is no 2nd. 6% approved for brokers and $1,000 to seller for relocation assistance via FHA. $1,250 denied for facilitator (processor/lic mortgage broker). An agent in my office just had Wells approve $1,700 for facilitator last month? Is there a way to get facilitator's $1,250 approved and paid on HUD?

It's 50/50 these days. I had the exact same property with two different negotiators. The first negotiator rejected the fee. There was a ton of issues with the file, which got rejected. I waited until BPO expired resubmitted SAME offer, and same fee, which got approved by a different negotiator. This of course was with Chase, but this is what I've experienced across the board.
This is why we charge to the buyer, that way we know it gets paid and agents don't have to give up commission
Us too Jospeh...that was last year.
We usually just have them bring cash to closing, but have also had luck with seller credit to the buyer. How about you?
