Dose anyone have a recent short sale approval from Round Point? We are going on month 4 with very little communication from them. It's like they really hope the buyer will just go away so they can foreclose!! It's been a long time since I've had a  lender/servicer do such a complete ignore on processing a short sale.  The weird thing is my buyer came in right behind another buyer who received a counter in 3 weeks! We gave them the counter price and now we have waited for 4 months with no real word or progress.

Does anyone have a supervisor or escallations type contact to help get this one un-stuck?

Any advice you have would be much appreciated. :)
