I'm curious if any of you are making the effort the "thank" the negotiators with whom you work? Are any of you sending them a thank you card, or even a small gift card? Heck, I don't even know what's allowable in a situation like this. LOL It used to be nothing larger than $25, but that may have changed.
I've worked with a few negotiators who have been extremely helpful and personable, and I think it would encourage them greatly to thank 'em. Whatcha think?

I send thank you cards if I have an address but always tell them thank you and send an email. I would be very careful about giving them gifts, very careful.....
I always thank them immensely. I don't know if we can give them gift cards, etc. but that's a thought as well.
Some of these negotiators work very hard and on trying to maintain their daily file quotas. I think letting them know how much their appreciated is always a good move.
Eric, Nothing wrong with giving thanks when warranted. I have has some negotiators where we have become email buddies. I don't do cards or money but I do let them know their hard work is appreciated.
