TCF BANK

I'm upside down on my mortgage with TCF and they will not renegotiate- I'm looking for any info on short sales and TCF-

TCF Is on my banned list, they are horrible to work with and you will most likely benefit from legal help on this.

Dave,

tcf may like to deal with a non-profit regarding a hafa short sale, they would be able to write it off as a charitable donation (the loss) you will get 3,000 cash grant, we submit cash offer which I'm sure they they will take. give me  call we might be able to assist you in your situation. eliminate that negative equity, naturally lower your payment. and keep you in your home at todays FMV with our new loan same home buy back plan... my number is 619 504 3141.

I am dealing with TCF and they are not easy at all, however, they will still do shortsales.  The file I have with them is  with their legal dept and I communicate with their counsel a few times a week. Do you want to stay or move?  You can refi with certain loan programs depending on your situation, if you rather stay. TCF is tough to work with but if you put enough legal pressure on them, you can get a short sale approved....

I was just following up. I am in Michigan at least once a month and have a small office in Garden City close to Ford Rd. Are you nearby? I would love to help you. TCF is a challenge for many. I work with some key people at TCF who are the decision makers. I also am involved with their corporate legal counsel.
