Does anyone have a phone number for a supervisor at Franklin Credit? I am desperately trying to save a short sale I'm working on and Franklin WILL NOT connect to upper management.

Were you ever able to get in touch with anyone that knows what they are doing at Franklin? Because CLEARLY the people answering the phones - calling themselves negotiators have NO CLUE. Need help ASAP! Sale date Thursday and they just declined my file (they are actually going to go through with a FC as the 2nd lienholder!)
