Suntrust

Good morning all,

I have a question. I am fairly new to doing short sales. I have 5 successful closing from the day I started last year in October.

I am working on a file where Nation Star is the first (Fannie Mae) and Suntrust is the second. I have warned my sellers that Suntrust likes to play hard ball. However we are coming to the end of our contract with our buyer. Suntrust has had my file from the start. The bpo has been ordered and completed for over 30 days. The "negotiator" keeps telling me we should have an answer Tuesday there is one more thing they are checking on...every Tuesday when I call she says the same thing. "It looks really good but I don't want to give you miss information we should know by Friday." Then Friday the same thing....you will know when I do however we should know something by Tuesday...

I have escalated the file several times and have attempted to speak to managers but... they will not connect me to a manager. Any suggestions? I am so at a lose at this point.

  The negoiator. I have asked her several times to and she said that she did and that she has her manager involved also...

      Brent I want to say thank you publicly!!! I was assigned a new negotiator this morning and the letter was in my hand by 4 oclock today!!!! Thank you thank you sooo much!
