It is wells fargo they have two loans with them and its a FHA loan.

Kenzie, Depending on the lender and investor on the mortgage loan, including type of loan (VA, FHA, Ginnie Mae), and program, (for example, HAFA), the approval time could take 90-150 days. 120 days is common. Some are luckily quicker.
