I just ran accross a SSSS Disscussion Re: Springleaf. that ended in July. Are there any other Negotiations going on with this Co. I have found Springleaf financial completly un-coopertive with the Short Sale Process. they are insisting on a $12,400 settlement.We have a  buyer, we have a supporting BAC appraisal, Then we have Springleaf. the 1st is offering $6000.00. there are no other resources available. The choices I gave them were "$0.00" or the $6000. "$0.00 is what it will be if BAC forcloses or client files chapter 7. Am I missing something here. at this point Chapter 7 is iminate before or after the SS.
