  •  SLS can be tough to work with at times, company i work for works with SLS all the time and have many high level contacts to reach out to you to get these sort of answers. Do you know if they have a Value on file? if so what is the value at and when was it obtained? Try and get a better idea of what they are basing this decline off of( what is the value on file) to get a better idea what to counter back at.
