I had a client Saturday that I was showing some homes too and while screening the homes and calling for appointments I was shocked to see three Realtors who had shut down all showing instructions and had voice mails stating there would be no showings for the Holiday weekend.

My question is with all the tools we have nowadays to let other agents show your clients home are you really keeping your fiduciary responsibility with your client by doing this?

I mean i'm all for us taking a vacation however in the short sale and distressed niche I always operate with a 'Time is of the Essence" mentality.
