Short sales on Commerical property

I have been so fixated on residential property, I have never given this much thought. But, is it possible to do a short sale on commerical property?

There is an old house built in 1892 and completely restored/remodeled that had been rezoned at some time as commerical. I would LOVE to list and sell it. Sadly, it has gone into foreclosure and is scheduled for sale in July.

    Of course it is possible. It may even be easier than a residential short sale.
