We are always front and center in our short sales.  We have closed all but one and are looking forward to several closings this month.  I am always looking for information that will help our clients in understanding the process.

    To answer your question, YES THEY DO!!!  Thanks for posting because too many people think that short sales dont close, we are proving them wrong
