Short Sale Lead Generation

Hi All, Looking to get ideas on short sale lead generation. I've been getting good referrals from friends/past clients, but my client base is not enough for my goals. Anyone with suggestions on an effective system to supplement Short Sale conversion? I've been marketing to NODs for last 6 months, not much results from there yet. Appreciate feed back, suggestions.     Thanks. Have you recieved a reasonable response using the Pre-NODs? I have heard about it but have not researched it more. Do you have any links to the brokers or contact info at the credit bureaus to purchase these?

      I haven't tried yet but that would be one of my top choices.  Bryant's lead generation page is full of great ideas.  I have spoken with a few list brokers before so I'll try to dig up some contact info....

    NODs are tough because once it is public there is a lot of competition.  I have been interested in Pre-NOD leads (30-60-90 day mortgage lates) that can be purchased from list brokers or the credit bureaus.....
