Shellpoint / Shell point refusing to order there own BPO or Appraisal.

Hi.

im in middle of a short sale, with shell point.

the property is sitting vacant for several years. No electric or running Water. And in need of repairs.

but that doesn't help me. Shell Point is refusing to order a Bank ordered BPO.

 I raised my offer significantly and they still have not budged.

has any one been in a similar situation? Any advice?

    Shellpoint orders appraisals on mostly all of their shorts. Unfortunately it seems as if you have run into a loan with the investor as MTGLQ (goldman).
