Troy - Once you get assigned a rep, they will be pretty responsive through email. Push for that.
Is the loan FNMA backed? Typically you can email the assigend representatives at Seterus. Seterus services a lot of Fannie Mae loans. If so, you can open a file in Homepath and also escalate to FNMA through homepath.
