Anyone have an escalation contact for a Seterus short sale? It would be for a first time extension.

David, I just closed a short sale with Seterus.  We had to get an extension.  Just send an email to your negotiator and that  person will email the investor. SETERUS only services FANNIE MAE loans..so you will get your extension..it takes about 5 days.

We are in the middle of several extensions on one file, they have been awsome to deal with, not need to escalate.  Hopefully the buyers lender can get their act together and we will not need another, I am embarrased to even ask them for another.

Does anyone have a Seterus/LBPS Escalation Contact as in the Executive Offices??? Or an escalation department??? I really, really need a name, number, and/or email address... Thank you to anyone who can help...jan

Is it serviced for Fannie Mae? If so, contact Fannie they call the shots.

I have simply called  E-mail the Fannie Mae Resource Center or call 1-800-7FANNIE (1-800-732-6643). When I explained the urgency of the situation I requested a Level 2 help me.
