I have a Wells Fargo short sale ap that is taking forever. It moved to negotiation almost 3 weeks ago, and today I heard from the for the first time since it moved. I got a request to resubmit three documents: the listing agreement, hardship support documentation, and offer "contract addendum" (we have several)
I have two questions: the boiler plate of the request says "Please only upload documents requested in the task. Additional documents, incorrect documents, or documents not signed and dated by borrower will delay approval of the short sale. Please ensure documents uploaded are current. Documents expire in 60 days. Also, please do not fax in documents that are already uploaded, since faxing additional or duplicate docs would likely delay approval process.
So the listing agreement was signed mid-March but is still in effect--is that a current document or should I at least get the docs freshly signed by the sellers, or recreate the listing?
The offer is also over 60 days old so I am not sure what they want here. Do we create a new one?
The support documentation I can easily refresh, but rewriting both the listing and the offer seems over-the-top, even for a short sale negotiator.
Exactly how do I proceed here?

I would update the dates on the documents. The addendum is the WF contract addendum. You can find their addenda in the Wells Fargo group on this site. http://shortsalesuperstars.com/group/wellsfargoshortsales
Since you have to update docs anyway go ahead and get the listing addendum and the arms length transaction notice signed.
In the future always check the pertinent lender group on this site prior to listing. that way you have all of the forms you need and save yourself some time.
Oh yeah, and the other question is which addendum to the offer do they want?
