I was three days away from closing the short sale when RCS said they would not extend they gave me a 10 day approval letter to close the file and I also had to negotiate with FIVE LAKES AGENCY agent for Chase who were horrors, when they finally sent the paperwork to CHASE it was too late.  I had the clients file Chapter 13.   Does anyone out there no of an escalator for RCS, and Chase in their credit department it was a WAMU equity line and the regular Chase Dept doesn't show the loan number only the bankrupcty department.  Shelleyanngross@aim.com      I need help.  818-481-8697
