Replacing buyer with Seterus and Suntrust

Just had a buyer walk the same day I received short sale approval on a Suntrust 2nd. Already had the 1st approved with Seterus.

I was able to get a 2nd buyer to meet the price and terms that the approvals were set upon. However, I haven't had to replace a buyer with either of these companies before.

Does anyone have any experience with replacing buyers with Seterus and/or Suntrust after receiving an approval? Any insight greatly appreciated.

Suntrust will replace a buyer with no issue. Seterus may. Just send them both the new contract and revised HUD asap.
